1. Note the flag -pg in makefiles in profile/libcpp_pg/gpp and profile.
   They must be in both the CXXFLAGS and LDFLAGS.

2. Syntax for profile interpretation is

	nlregr
	gprof nlregr gmon.out > profile.out
